Place the item in its original Goodstone Jewels gift box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
